Our company owns three automatic precision lathes manufactured by Star Micronics Co., Ltd. The lathes can perform "cutting processing" by removing metal using tools such as cutting tools and end mills, and can handle the processing of fine wires with diameters ranging from φ0.8 to 3.0. Based on our extensive experience in developing medical devices using lathes, we can perform precision machining and mass production of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium and SUS.
